Don’t let the child within you die.
September 11th, 2009
There is this guy at work I love… for his inner child. He truly, seriously makes me happy when everything else in my mind is dark and gray.
The little things he does, the little noises he makes and the things he sometimes says, have this bizarre power to make me laugh and smile. He reminds me a little of myself, how I can be fun-loving and a little bit goofy, but still be serious when the time and place calls for it.
I’ve been thinking lately how important it is to never let your inner child die, especially during all the hard times in our lives.
I just wanted to say thank you to him. Thank you for making my day. Thank you for being who you are without anyone else shutting you down. Thank you for making me smile.
Believe me when I say that making me smile, one that is absolutely genuine, is one of the things I treasure in life most of all.

How imporatant is this.
I once again repeat what has been said over and over please please “donot let your inner chied die”
