Persona 3 Interlude – Day 06

I have been pretty good about waking up at a decent hour this past week. I should have realized that I was setting myself up for failure today. I didn’t roll out of bed until after 10 o’clock.
Shame, shame on me.
This Saturday happened to be my Cleaning Saturday, where I clean my apartment top to bottom. The kitchen and bathroom always need it most, and I get bizarre satisfaction from dumping vinegar over everything and scrubbing the snot out of it. Bliss smells like vinegar, I think.
I read some zines. I’m trying to discern who is showing and who is telling. Sometimes I think I tell too much.
The rest of the day was filled with internets and video games, which is fine by me. Everyone needs a break. Writers included.
So much for designing my business card. I will tackle that tomorrow… that is, if I manage to pry myself out of bed at a decent hour. I cannot afford turning my brain into mush via excess of sleep.
Cannot happen.
Sometimes you need to sleep in late. This morning I got up, grabbed the new Stephen King book I am reading, read for about a half an hour and went back to sleep. I didn’t get back up until after 11 am. I can’t remember the last time I was still in bed that late. Ahhhh, it felt good!
Yeah, watch out for that excess sleep. I slept too long on Sunday and I never recovered from it. I was tired all day and foggy. But every once in awhile it is nice just to veg out. Loving the updates!
