The stories will flow like wine. Or bloody marys. Something like that I'm sure.

I usually like to get to know my characters beforehand, but this time I just dove right in. Something different. Like you said, if I'm not satisfied with what I have, just chop it up and make the middle the new beginning. :)

I like smilies without noses.

Well now I know who's zine that was! Congratulations on starting a story. Keep them coming and you will produce something you really enjoy.

With our improv, we have to get warmed up and make the characters before the really interesting scenes happen. Do not get discouraged if the start of the story is crap---edit and make the middle the new beginning. ;-)

Not all are that tiny. There are half-page folio zines. Quarter page zines. Tiny zines like that. An 8-page zine that requires no binding. They come in all shapes, sizes and lengths.

I really like that little zine. I'm striving to do an exercise or two a day, to get myself warmed up and ready to write.

I read at a pretty quick pace, but I know some people who read a lot faster. I like to enjoy, so I'll hold back a little bit for the sake of aesthetic appreciation. :)

So THAT's what you mean by "zine"? Huh. Are they all so tiny?

The only time I bumped into anyone who had created a 'zine, it was just a homemade magazine. This was a guy I knew from high school back in the very early '90's (graduated in '92). His was basically magazine-sized...

Glad it helped, darling! Let me know how the rest work out. :) xx

And oh my god. You're like, the fastest reader I know. It takes me at least a week to get through a book written for a 15-year-old reading level :(
